Key Responsibilities

• Greeting guests with a warm, friendly attitude
• Preparing and serving delicious ice cream, novelty bars, and cakes
• Operating the cash register and handling cash, credit, and gift cards accurately
• Maintaining cleanliness of counters, tables, and work areas throughout your shift
• Stocking items and ensuring all products are ready for customers
• Following all company policies and procedures with care and responsibility

Qualifications & Requirements

• Positive, energetic, and motivated team player
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple orders simultaneously
• Available to work weekends, holidays, day and night shifts
• Responsible and flexible with a strong work ethic
• Previous retail or food service experience preferred but not required
• Willingness to learn cash register operation and customer service skills
