Job Description: We are seeking a talented and creative Cake Decorator to join our team. As a Cake Decorator, you will play a crucial role in crafting and decorating various cakes, handheld treats, and polar pizzas. Your artistic flair and attention to detail will help us deliver visually stunning desserts that delight our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Design and decorate cakes, hand-held treats, and polar pizzas according to customer requests and brand standards
• Utilize various decorating techniques, including piping, fondant sculpting, and airbrushing, to create unique and visually appealing designs
• Ensure consistency and quality in all decorated products
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the decorating area, including proper storage and handling of ingredients and equipment
• Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
• Occasionally create and post content on local social media platforms to promote our products and engage with the community

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a cake decorator or pastry chef, preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in various decorating techniques and tools
• Strong artistic ability and attention to detail
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms and content creation is a plus
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
