Dunkin’ is looking for hard working, enthusiastic and dependable Baker to join our team! If you enjoy baking, love donuts, and take pride in producing high-quality products, we would love to meet you.

Our Bakers prepare fresh products according to Dunkin’ recipes, quality standards, and food safety procedures. They work as part of a team to maintain a clean, organized environment and ensure our guests receive the quality products they expect.

This position has a late afternoon start time and requires availability on nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities Include:

• Prepare donuts, baked goods, and other products according to Dunkin’ recipes and procedures.
• Follow all brand, quality, portioning, and presentation standards.
• Ensure products are fresh, properly stocked, and ready to serve.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and organized workstation.
• Complete required cleaning and sanitation tasks.
• Follow all food safety, cleanliness, restaurant safety, and security procedures.
• Arrive on time and ready to work for each scheduled shift.
• Take accountability for assigned responsibilities and completing tasks accurately.
• Work cooperatively with other team members to meet the needs of the restaurant.
• Comply with all restaurant, brand, and franchisee policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Dependable, hardworking, and able to work independently.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
• Able to follow recipes, procedures, and food safety standards.
• Able to operate restaurant equipment; minimum age requirements may apply.
• Able to stand for extended periods and perform the physical duties of the position.
• Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous baking or food-service experience is helpful but not required.
